What are my shipping & Delivery options?

In-Store Pick up

In-store pick up is available for all products. Pick up as are available as follows.

Monday-Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm

Saturday- Sunday 9:00am – 3:00pm

We offer various shipping options dependent on the product purchased. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for the shipping of those products.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping to across the whole country of New Zealand.

Shipping rates vary depending on the location of delivery. For accurate shipping costs, please see the specific products on our shop section. Each products delivery cost will vary depending on height, width, length, and weight.

Products will utilise a freight company and will generally take between 7-14 business days to arrive.

All time times and dates given for delivery of the product are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping. This is something that may be looked at into the future.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Current shipping prices are calculated to the nearest depot. For direct to home delivery, please contact us personally and we can get generate a specific quote for your personal home delivery.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.
